Door bushings for the Honda Pioneer 700/1000.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION

Quantity of 1=2 door machine (4 pieces)

Quantity of 2=4 door machine (8 pieces)

These bushing are unlike any other available on the market. They incorporate two bearings in them that removes all plastic on plastic movement. 

If you have worn out bushings or even a brand new machine with stock ones, these are a great option since it takes all the up and down movement out of the door.

For installation:

1. Install the bushing from the bottom of the door.
2. They will fit tight! They are designed that way on purpose to eliminate the plastic on plastic movement. I was able to install with just my palm on a new and used machine. If you need to, you could tap them in by using a tapping block. Make sure the block is flat across the face when tapping. Some users have reported needing to file a SMALL amount. I have not had to do this yet. Also, it will ease in installation if the doors are warm. If it is cold weather when you install, a regular hairdryer should work.
3. Once installed, there is a chance you may need to adjust your door latch since the door will have very little to no movement now.
